A corporate finance advisory firm, aimed at providing independent advice to family-owned businesses, private equity funds and corporates, with a focus on mid-market M&A transactions, debt advisory and fund raising.

Jobinhoud

We are looking to reinforce our team with an additional M&A Advisor or (future) Associate. You will work on a variety of corporate finance transactions for a broad range of companies. As part of a small dynamic team, you will immediately work closely with senior professionals on live deals, with a steep learning curve and ever-increasing responsibility.

Create financial models such as business plans and valuations
Carry out in-depth analyses of companies, industries and markets
Work on presentations and memoranda for clients, advisers and other third parties
Actively manage client and third-party interaction and project management to ensure a seamless deal execution
Contribute to the team’s efforts in getting new mandates by preparing tailored pitches and participating in commercial presentations towards potential clients
Assist in the coaching of a team of interns

Profiel

Academic background: a master’s degree in (applied) economics, business engineering, civil engineering or law with an additional finance degree.
You believe M&A transactions and corporate finance in general are exciting.
You like to get things done and done right, with a high commitment towards our clients.
Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in an analytical function within the financial sector, consultancy or audit; previous experience in corporate finance or transaction services is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
You are a Microsoft Office wizard.
You have a keen sense of humour.
